Pretty Good Solitaire
What do you like to do when you are all by yourself and you want to kill some time? Some people like to go out for a walk and enjoy the fresh air. Some people like to get some popcorn and watch a movie. And some people like to stay in front of the computer and play a fun computer game.
There are of course a multitude of games out there, so which to choose? You could go with my suggestion and go with a game called Pretty Good Solitaire. Come to think about it, this is not a game, it is in fact a collection of games. It is a big collection of 760 different versions of Solitaire.
Solitaire fans in particular are very well advised to put Pretty Good Solitaire to the test. Among the hundreds and hundreds of solitaire card games it has to offer, you will find traditional games (like FreeCell, Klondike, Spider, Pyramid, Diplomat) and original games that are not available anywhere else (like Demons and Thieves, Aces and Kings, and Double FreeCell).
With such a large selection of solitaire card games, it’s no wonder that Pretty Good Solitaire has something to offer no matter what mood you’re in. Right about now I’m pretty bummed and I would not like to focus on an intellectual challenge. Luckily enough Pretty Good Solitaire has easy, pretty much mindless games to offer, games I cold use to lift my spirits.
Before you go get Pretty Good Solitaire, take a look at the technical details presented below:
Download – the download weighs in at 8.2MB, which isn’t that much. On a high-speed internet connection the download will complete in very little time.
Supported OS – at the time of writing this and according to the developer, Pretty Good Solitaire works with Windows 98, Me, XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
Limitations – you can use Pretty Good Solitaire free of charge for a trial period of 30 days. Once that trial period is over, you will have to get a license to keep using it.
With 760 different solitaire games, nice looking decks, ease of use, unlimited undo, and high scores, this game should be called Pretty Awesome Solitaire instead of Pretty Good Solitaire.
